2. Product Information & Pricing
- All our shoes are preloved unless stated otherwise. We try to be as accurate as possible with descriptions and images.
- Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
- We are not responsible for any sizing mismatches if you select the incorrect size based on our size guide.
3. Orders & Payment
- We reserve the right to cancel any order you place with us. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the phone number provided at the time the order was made.
- Advance payment is required for non-Karachi orders. Cash on Delivery is only available for Karachi.
4. Shipping Policy
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
- Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days depending on your location.
- Once an order is handed over to the courier, we are not responsible for transit delays.
5. Return Policy
- Returns are only accepted if the wrong item is sent or the item is significantly not as described.
- You must record an unboxing video before opening the parcel. Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no case shall Fariha's Collection, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind.
